Our involvement began with a critical mission to rectify deficiencies from a previous contractor. We considered this not a start, but a necessary reset of the foundation of trust and quality.

  • Comprehensive Quality and Structural Audit: We meticulously assessed all existing structural work, civil elements, and initial installations for compliance, quality deficiencies, and inherent risks. This proactive inspection provided the data necessary for a complete quality assurance strategy.
  • Remediation Planning: Based on the audit, we developed a detailed plan to address and rectify all non-compliant elements. This phase focused on strengthening the existing shell to meet our stringent quality standards before any new architectural or MEP works commenced.   • Wet Area System Finalization: We finalized the specialized plumbing and multi-layer waterproofing for all wet areas (private pools, bathrooms, kitchens), integrating high-end fixtures and ensuring efficient drainage and water heating systems.
  • HVAC and Smart System Installation: We installed and calibrated the high-efficiency AC/ventilation systems and all necessary low-voltage (LV) components for smart home functionality, lighting control, and connectivity (Wi-Fi, LED TVs), guaranteeing residents effortless luxury.

 

5- Final Architectural Finishes and Commissioning: Verified Excellence

 

The final stages were dedicated to meticulous detailing and comprehensive performance validation, culminating in the successful delivery of the first villa.
